Katie’s Grandpa was a Vicar who studied at Cambridge University having grown up on a small farm in Wales. She remembers being impressed by him and his vast knowledge and his non-judgemental attitude and openness towards Spirituality and describes him as a brilliant man. Her Grandma was a Farmers daughter and had a great sense of play and a childlike quality about her who became a prominent figure, Judge, and breeder in the British dog show world, especially at Crufts the World famous Dog show and was most famous for her monumental impact on the Great Dane breed through her legendary Oldmanor kennels. The Anti-Cropping Movement: Katie's Great-Grandmother founded the Oldmanor line. Together with early pioneers, her family line was heavily involved in the historic 1895 meeting at the Crufts Dog Show, where breeders stood against ear-cropping in Great Danes—a pivotal moment that helped shape modern UK show standards. The Oldmanor Legacy: Her Grandma co-ran the famous Oldmanor kennels alongside the Reverend Gwynn Davies. For nearly 30 years following World War II, Oldmanor (along with Moonsfield) absolutely dominated the breed. Most modern British Great Dane bloodlines can trace their roots directly back to her dogs. Leadership and Judging: Katie's Grandmother served as both the Chairman and President of The Great Dane Club and frequently acted as an authority, judge, and official referee at elite championship events. One of Katie's dreams is to follow in her Grandparents footsteps and own Great Danes.

Religion set a solid foundation in the house Katie grew up in and she attended church every Sunday along with band practise on a Friday night where she would play the drums for the church. The church taught her the fundamental structures of religion and because of it she visited a Convent which impressed Katie enough to want to be a Nun. As she got older she wanted to serve the world but be in it so leant away from the confinements of being in a convent and travelled the World instead seeking other religions and ways of being. One of these adventures had her learning from Monks in Thailand where she learned a different aspect of Spirituality and personal resolve. 

Whilst travelling Katie taught English to children in Thailand and also travelled to other Countries to learn from their cultures and gain insights into their deities.

 

Having left school with hardly any qualifications, Katie tried to follow an academic route like her Grandfather but kept failing. It was a debilitating and frustrating time for Katie as her intelligence couldn’t be expressed, from which she feels was made difficult by environmental factors.

Katie got to work and started as an administrator and moved up to a PA having worked in factories and warehouses and many part time jobs. She worked in industries such as Mental Health, Oil and Gas and FMCG where she carved out a lucrative career as a head-hunter for major corporations and with it became a consultant where she would find the best talent for major corporations across all Global Regions. Her success grew and she became established as someone with a major talent in that field. Headhunting would later reappear in the form of The Impact Formula Magazine.

Katie’s interest in business development had her developing business’ at every opportunity. She turned an interest in Photography into a business where she would take press shots for DJ’s and other well known figures. She enjoyed it for a while but she found the environments debaucherously hedonistic and sought work in safer environments and in doing so, followed a corporate career path.

Since she was young Katie always felt she was on the outside. She didn’t speak until she was past three years old and would often recall visions and would express a unique ability to talk with spirit. On one occasion she was in the back of a relatives car in the 80’s and they had gotten lost. In a time before sat-navigation systems, her relatives grew concerned that they were not going to be able to reach their destination. Katie must have been around the age of eight  and she started to download the map and instruct her relatives which turns to take and ultimately guided them to their final destination. It is important to note that Katie had never been on those roads before.

A series of other incidents followed and Katie found herself hiding the talents she had such as knowing things about people they had not told her and seeing red marks on people’s skin where there was injury and on one occasion she recalls being at College and seeing this persistent red mark and a mans neck only to find out that’s where he had cancer. No one else could see these markings. In a bid to not embarass herself an in a time before social media Katie found herself struggling to communicate. On one occasion she asked her manager at the time how her sons were doing at University and a shock appeared on her managers face and in that moment she realised that this was not common knowledge. It made Katie feel awkward and afraid to speak up. 

 

Katie predicted Covid was coming through her persistent visions of something big coming that would cause the world to stand still and amongst the visions she heard a voice tell her that she would be pivoting towards developing her spirituality into a business from which it will be successful and it would consume her entirely.
