It was one statement that changed it all.
In a prestigious magazine a talented, hard-working and Award Winning Actress was introduced as 'Leggy' and 'Blonde'.
British Values
It is extremely disappointing and demoralising to watch people who work so hard and dedicate so much of themselves to their work, reduced by a question asking "What colour M&M would they be? Or who are they dating?", ​Katie explained.
Honest Representation
Suprised at how frequent Artists were badly represented Katie decided to create a Magazine which focuses on the work.
The Impact Formula was born
Katie has curated a magazine that gives the power back to the guest. From having full control of using the magazine for their own PR down to what questions they would like to focus on. ​
The focus for the Impact Formula is the work not the scandal or the gossip
Quality over Outrage
As someone who admires hard work. Katie grew frustrated at how red carpet appearances and press junkets can turn into a demoralising experience for the Artist.
