The Impact Formula is a magazine that gives the power back to the guest. From having full control of using the magazine for their own PR down to what questions they would like to focus on. The Impact Formula focuses on the work not the scandal or the gossip. It is also a Magazine that focuses on reader experience and does not have advertising and does not charge. It is completely downloadable and accessible to all.

As someone who admires hard work. Katie grew frustrated at how red carpet appearances and press junkets can turn into a demoralising experience for the Artist.
