Katie Queue has the right to cancel your appointment outside our 24 hours cancellation policy if we feel fit to do so & a full refund will be given

I reserve the right to terminate our work at my discretion, without notice or explanation, if you are, or I suspect that you are in breach of my terms.

 

I must stress that timeframes can change and I hold no accountability for this. I am also aware and hold the rights to no responsibility should what I have guided does not come to fruition, due to so many other factors being involved.

Refunds: Sometimes, myself and a Client are unable to form a connection. In this case as long as you discontinue the reading within the first 5 minutes, I will fully refund the cost of your appointment. If what I have advised or guided has not come to fruition I will not offer a refund at that stage. Refunds can only be given in the first five minutes of a reading as asked for by the client

I legally have to state that psychic readings are considered as entertainment. 

 

Refunds

You must contact me within 2 days of terminating your reading and your call must not have lasted more than 5 minutes for a full refund to be issued.. All requests must be made through email to katie@katiequeue.com and are subject to verification. Refunds to customers will be at our discretion.

I cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of the reading. It is through our understanding that we must state that all readings and interactions with Katie Queue are for entertainment purposes only. 

I want to make it clear that I am a qualified counsellor, nor qualified medical professionals, nor do I hold any qualifications in law or finance and make no claims to this regard. I will offer a personal opinion, but this does not constitute a consultation, may it be legal, financial or any sort of professional counselling.

UK law insists I say that all readings done by myself – whether through the credit card, live reading, email or texts and all other conversations with Katie Queue through each one of her services – are for entertainment purposes only.

Katie Queue are not engaged in Medical advice, counselling or other professional services or advice, and neither shall be liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to be have been caused, directly, or indirectly, by or from the guidance given or ideas suggested, or referred to during a reading. Although I may have an opinion on financial matters, life decisions, career decisions and such, I am not liable for the action or decisions you take after speaking with me.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Katie Queue and my team of PA and any other supporting officer from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of the Services. I have no control of any actions you take after having a conversation with myself, Katie Queue and therefore cannot and will not be held liable. By booking in time to consult, read, email or text myself, Katie Queue, you will not hold me responsible for any damage arising as a result of actions taken by any opinions or advice I offer. 

 

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment.

Failure to do this will result in loss of payment.

Katie Queue provides guidance & advice which will help you on your own judgement or decisions concerning situations and or questions you have posed for yourselves.
