In these sessions, Katie has worked with Actors to help them step outside of their comfort zones, she's worked with CEO's to help regulate their stressed out nervous systems and she's helped people channel their inner voice so they can begin to reclaim their power. Whatever the position in life you want, Katie will help you get there and support you every step of the way! If you feel like the old you has to die, it's time to reformulate!
