Due to regulations, we cannot answer questions on Health, Pregnancy, Finance or Legal matters.

Katie holds the rights to decline a reading should she feel there is not a connection. With working with many people in the public eye Katie will sign an NDA upon request. All calls, conversations and readings are done so with the up most privacy and only recorded should you request it. Katie does not share who she has spoken with or why to anyone and has turned down numerous requests to 'spill the beans' even without signing an NDA. Katie does have protection under the data act and therefore handles data, personal data and call logs with professionalism and protection.

Psychic readings are not to be relied upon as professional advice, be it medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Katie Queue is not a licensed medical or financial professional, counsellor, or lawyer. The guidance offered is based solely on personal opinion and is intended to provide insights and advice for entertainment purposes.

All payments must be made at the time of booking or 24 hours before a service or session has taken place

Under UK law, it is required to state that all psychic readings, whether by phone, email, text, or live sessions, are for entertainment purposes only.

All of the psychic, clairvoyant, mediumistic or astrological readings that are given are done and completed in good faith, but in some instances, the information may represent opinion or judgment. Katie cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of the reading.

We want to make it clear that our Readers are not qualified counsellors, nor qualified medical professionals, nor do they hold any qualifications in law or finance and make no claims to this regard. A Reader may, from time to time, offer a personal opinion, but this does not constitute a consultation, may it be legal, financial or any sort of professional counselling.

We believe in your individual power to transform your life. UK law obliges us to say that all readings done by Katie– whether through the credit card, live reading, email or text reading service and all astrological reports – are for entertainment purposes only.

In using our services, you must understand that Katie do not provide recommendations, counselling, nor give any directions for you to follow. Katie are not engaged in rendering medical aid, counselling or other professional services or advice, and neither shall be liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to be have been caused, directly, or indirectly, by or from the guidance given or ideas suggested, or referred to during a reading, or on this website, or in any related publications. Katie will exclude you from using our services if your behaviour suggests or intends to unreasonably offend or abuse our readers.

Indemnification

The Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of Katie, assigns, and licensees.

We have no control over nor do we guarantee any actions that you may decide to take as a result of using any of the sites and services and by using them you agree that You will not hold Us responsible for any damage arising as a result of actions taken by Customers in response to Services such as:

Readings and interpretations and advices provided by Readers;
The truth or accuracy of Content, information and Services such as readings and interpretations and advice provided by Readers;
The truth or accuracy of feedback, Ratings, or other Content posted by Users or Katie across all of the Websites;
Incorrect use by You of the Service;
Any additional rates and costs charged by Your service provider when using the Services.

Insurance and Indemnity

Katie Queue is insured for professional indemnity through Westminster Insurance and Towergate Insurance, specifically for small business professionals. While efforts are made to ensure the highest standards of service, Katie Queue and we disclaim any liability for outcomes resulting from actions taken based on insights provided during a reading.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Katie Queue and all affiliated personnel from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of these services. Katie Queue has no control over any decisions or actions taken following a reading, and thus cannot and will not be held liable for outcomes of any advice or opinions shared.

Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant UK data protection laws.

Collection of Data: Personal data collected, such as email addresses and payment details, is used solely for the purposes of providing and improving the services offered. All data is securely stored and processed in accordance with GDPR.

Automatic Subscription: By booking a service with Katie Queue, you will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter. You will have the option to unsubscribe from these communications upon receiving your first newsletter email.

Data Security: We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is securely stored, and we do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Right to Access: You may request access to your data, request its correction, or request its deletion at any time by contacting us at katie@katiequeue.com.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Appointments

Cancellations: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the full charge for the service.
Payment: All payments must be received at the time of booking.
Refunds: If you and Katie Queue are unable to establish a connection during the first 5 minutes of your reading, you may request a refund of half of the amount of your reading. This request must be submitted within one day of the reading via email at katie@katiequeue.com. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued if services rendered extend beyond the initial 5-minute period, or if predictions do not come to fruition.
All contracts are binding: I do not offer refunds on coaching services or readings or any packages that are available. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. It is to your benefit to decide before purchasing your package and committing to work with me.
Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups.
There are no refunds for any of my programs.

Service Termination

Katie Queue reserves the right to terminate services or cancel appointments at her discretion if we, Katie Queue holds the rights to terminate working with anyone without prior notice.

Client Age Requirement

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to use these services.
