Is your wellbeing being impacted by the company you keep?

When was the last time you looked around at who you surround yourself with and made that direct connection with how you feel and who you are around?

I bet you are some kind of empath and like helping people, but you feel no one is there for you and you feel unseen and unheard and even picked on. I bet you are right!

My advice on when it comes to spending time with people, you have to see people as investments, you MUST go through a vetting process. Otherwise, you will carelessly allow everyone and anyone to come in because, quite frankly, it’s nice to have at least someone.

If you let an uninspired person into your life, you will undoubtedly end up carrying them. Their uninspired life and mindset will act as shackles around your ankles, pulling you down. Every idea you have they will sit there, waiting for you to organise it, execute it and ultimately, take the credit.

Choose well!

I love you,

Katie
